Loan amounts: $2,000 to $25,000 Interest Rate: 8% Loan term: 2-60 months Eligibility: For existing businesses affected by the hurricanes (businesses must have been in operation for two years prior to Katrina) and for pre-existing or new businesses aiding in hurricane reconstruction efforts.
